About

I am originally Swedish (yes there´s a reason for the previous 2 words being in that order…), where I studied and then practiced cognitive psychology for many years, several decades now, in treatment centers, community services and in private practice.

I work with individuals, couples and any type of group; organisations, corporate, sports and other teams, crews etc.

For the past 8 years or so, I am also available via Skype and Zoom, and so far I have worked with clients on 3 continents and multiple countries and cultures.

I have worked with people all my life, the operative word being “with”.
I am a skilled listener, which enables me to get my clients where they need to go, what they are looking for – and usually way beyond that.

I believe in lifelong learning, so I need different areas in my life that constantly challenge me to broaden my views and grow. I really enjoy and have a lot of fun doing stuff I have never done, being a beginner and then learning new things – with various outcomes…

In my work as a clinical cbt therapist, trainer and a business/recovery/lifecoach I find that being part of the process in which my clients heal, grow, reach their goals and potential is such a privilege and it constantly teaches me so much about humans, including me – a constant student of human behaviours.
Traveling and learning about other cultures is part of my passion of learning more about people.
The common denominator in everything I do is people – bringing them together and assisting them to be all that they can be.

Since 2006 I am living in Malta. It is not my country but it is my home.

There´s another island (or group of islands) in the world that has, for as long as I can remember, been calling me. I have never been. Yet. But it would be a place that I would seriously consider moving to. If that time comes. I am ready. Aloha 🙂
